Shipping policy
Shipments in Alliwant:
Shipping costs will be free on orders over €89 of the purchase value (for the peninsula of Spain)
All your shipments are urgent for Alliwant, therefore, they are delivered within 48-72* hours.laborales-peninsula(Spain) as long as there is no incident with the transport agency or imputed to the client
IMPORTANT:
- Delivery times may be affected by extraordinary carrier incidents and/or delivery difficulties.
- During peak sales periods (Sales, Christmas, Black Friday, and/or seasonal campaigns), orders may be delayed due to high volume. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We strive to minimize delivery times as much as possible, but please keep this in mind to plan your purchase accordingly.
- Please note that we do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Therefore, all orders received from Friday afternoon through Sunday, or on public holidays (in Andalusia or Spain), will be processed starting the next business day in the order they were received.
- There are no deliveries on weekends.
- For orders outside mainland Spain (Peninsula), the estimated delivery time is 6–12 days. As this depends on multiple services, we cannot confirm an exact timeframe, but we promise to keep you informed at all times.
- We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
- Under no circumstances do we ship to PO Boxes.
What happens if the delivery fails? In case of delivery failure, please contact the transport agency to make a new appointment. If you do not have an answer, contact us by Whatsapp (+34) 629901465 and we will solve it.
Attention: Alliwant reserves the right to cancel any order in case of certainty or reports of possible fraud or doubts in the payment.
