Alliwant Shipping:

Shipping costs will be free on orders over €89 of the purchase value (within mainland Spain)

All orders are treated as urgent by Alliwant. Therefore, under normal circumstances, orders are delivered within 48–72 business hours*, Monday to Friday, within mainland Spain, provided that there are no incidents with the transport company or circumstances attributable to the customer

IMPORTANT: 

  • Delivery times may be affected by extraordinary incidents with the carrier and/or difficulties encountered during delivery.
  • During periods of high sales volume (sales, Christmas, Black Friday and/or seasonal campaigns), orders may be delayed due to the high number of orders received. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We will work to minimise delivery times as much as possible, but please take this into account when planning your purchase.
  • Please note that we do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Therefore, orders received from Friday afternoon through Sunday, or on a public holiday (in Andalusia or Spain), will be processed from the next business day, in the order in which they were received.No deliveries are made on weekends.
  • For orders outside mainland Spain, the approximate delivery time is 6–12 days. This may vary depending on the services involved, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery timeframe. We promise to keep you informed throughout the process..
  • We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes under any circumstances

What happens if delivery fails?

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, we kindly ask you to contact the transport company directly to arrange a new delivery appointment. If you are unable to get a response, please contact us via WhatsApp at +34 629 901 465, and we will resolve the issue together.

IMPORTANT – ORDERS REFUSED BY THE CUSTOMER

Any order refused by the customer because they subsequently change their mind after making the purchase will be treated as a return. Consequently, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund once the refusal has been confirmed and the customer has been contacted.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

International Shipments

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country.

These amounts are not included in the product prices or shipping costs.

The customer is solely responsible for paying any customs duty, tax, fee or expense arising from customs clearance required by the authorities of the destination country or by the carrier in order to complete delivery of the order.

If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment is returned to the sender, the company may only refund the value of the products once the returned package has been received, deducting the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, handling fees and any other expenses incurred as a result of the return, where applicable.
