At Alliwant we want you to enjoy your purchases without worries

If you need to exchange a size, model, or return your order, we have created an easy, fast, and secure system.


📅 Timeframe for exchanges or returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order.
  • During special campaigns (e.g. Christmas), some items may have a reduced period of 5 days due to their special nature (this will always be indicated on the product page).

🔄 How to make an exchange or return

💡 Spain and UE

  1. Access our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
  2. Enter the required information.
  3. Select the items and generate your label.
  4. Prepare the package and deliver it to the indicated office.

IMPORTANT: Goods must be returned to the chosen office within 2 days of the request or the exchange will be rejected

IMPORTANT 2: We only accept exchanges and returns from the same address where the order was delivered. It is not possible to change the collection address. If you wish to return your order from a different address, you will need to send it to the address indicated below using your own shipping method.

💡 f you are located in the US please send your return using your preferred shipping method (shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer) within the 14-day period.

Please also send an email to internacional.alliwant@gmail.com with the shipping receipt attached so we can track it and confirm receipt within the deadline. Thank you.

📦 Item conditions

  • Unworn, unwashed, and odor-free.
  • With original tags and packaging.
  • In perfect condition (no stains or damage).

🚫 What cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Accessories (jewelry, headbands, scarves, hats, etc.).
  • Personalized, handmade, custom, or made-to-measure products.
  • Please note: Chiffon capes, velvet capes, and sequin items are final sale. This is specified in the product details..
  • Outlet, Special Prices, or Last Units items → refunded via store credit (no expiration).
  • Party bags → no return or exchange allowed.

💰 Return/Exchange cost

All returns have a cost, corresponding to collection management. This amount will be deducted from your refund (together with any other applicable charges).

⏳ Refunds

  • The refund will be processed once the items have been received and inspected.
  • The product amount will be refunded (shipping costs are non-refundable).
  • Processing time: 15-20 business days depending on the bank.
  • If a refund is not possible, we will issue a store credit with no expiration date.

🛑 Order cancellations

  • You may request cancellation as long as the order has not been prepared or handed over to the courier.Whatsapp (+34) 629901465 of 9am at 2pm
  • A processing fee of €1.50 applies.
  • If the order has already been prepared or shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may process a return once received through our portal; in this case, shipping and return costs will be deducted.
  • If you refuse delivery, the refund will be processed once the package returns to our warehouse, deducting outbound and return shipping costs.
  • During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, launches) we cannot guarantee cancellation.

❌ Errors in your order

If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within the first 24 hours after receiving your order via WhatsApp 629901465. We will resolve it as a priority.
