1-USERS
Access and/or use of this Alliwant portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. The aforementioned Conditions shall apply regardless of the General Contracting Conditions that may be mandatory.
2-USE OF THE PORTAL
www.alliwant.es provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, "the content") on the Internet belonging to Alliwant or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration necessary to access certain services or content. In said registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which they will be responsible, committing to making diligent and confidential use of it. The USER agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums, or newsgroups) that Alliwant offers through its portal and, including but not limited to, not using them to (i) engage in illicit or illegal activities or those contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, illegal-pornographic nature, apology for terrorism, or an attack against human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the website owner, its suppliers, or third parties, or introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are capable of causing the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. Alliwant reserves the right to withdraw all comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that attempt against youth or childhood, order or public safety or that, in its judgment, are not suitable for publication. In any case, Alliwant will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

4-NTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
Alliwant, by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software, or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by Alliwant or its licensors. 6.-MODIFICATIONS
Alliwant reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to its portal, being able to change, delete, or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on its portal.

In the event that www.alliwant.es provides links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, Alliwant will not exercise any type of control over said sites and contents. 11-APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between Alliwant and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Málaga.

Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. By consenting to Alliwant modas S.L.’s text/SMS messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text/SMS messages from Alliwant modas S.L. and on its behalf through your mobile provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Alliwant modas S.L. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
