Shipments in Alliwant:
Shipping costs will be free on orders over €40 of the purchase value (for the peninsula of Spain)
All your shipments are urgent for Alliwant, therefore, they are delivered within 24-48 hours.laborales-peninsula(Spain) as long as there is no incident with the transport agency or imputed to the client
IMPORTANT:
-Deadlines can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier and by difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise due to restrictions of places or others).
-In times of great sales (sales, Christmas, Black Friday and/or seasonal campaigns) orders may be delayed due to the high number of orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
- Orders received after 3:00 p.m. (Spanish time) will be processed the next business day.
- All orders received from Friday to Sunday, or holidays, will be processed in the early hours of the first business day.
- On holidays in Andalusia and/or Spain, no shipments will be made. Keep this in mind when making your purchase!
- No deliveries are made on weekends.
- Orders outside the peninsula, its approximate term is approximately 6-12 days (depending on various services and we cannot confirm the exact term; we will keep you informed).
- Shipments to the Canary Islands do not include the DUA, this will be borne by the customer and must be paid upon collection of the package at destination.
- Shipments are not made to PO Boxes under any circumstances.
- Cash on delivery orders, contact colleagues by whatsapp, please.
What happens if the delivery fails? In case of delivery failure, please contact the transport agency to make a new appointment. If you do not have an answer, contact us by Whatsapp and we will solve it.

Exchanges and Returns in Alliwant:
Exchanges may be made for another size, as long as we have stock, or you may choose to return them. The latter will be made in the form of a VOUCHER/CREDIT CARD, with the amount of the returned garment/s, (maximum term for the return of 14 calendar days after confirming the delivery of the order) for you to use whenever you want. In no case will the money be returned, keep this in mind when buying!
Returns and exchanges have a cost of €3.9, attributable to the cost of the carrier.
Any product that you want to change or return, must be done with the original packaging and labeling in the best possible conditions, conveniently packaged, unused and protected. If the conditions are not met and there are stains, tears, tears, or signs of use, they will not be accepted by alliwant.
The returned order must be sent together with the return label (learn more>> returns portal)- Alliwant reserves the right not to accept the exchange, if once the garment is received, it is in poor condition, stained, torn, washed or in inadequate conditions
- Packages will not be collected at our facilities for orders placed online that do not follow the process established in the section "Return Portals".(In everyone's interest, the shipment must be recorded towards our dependencies)
- The refund vouchers/cards do not expire, although Alliwant reserves the right to cancel them in the event of indications or certainties of fraud or malpractice.
- The customer may return any item purchased (except those indicated as non-returnable) as long as the products have not been opened or used, retain their seal or original packaging and are not marked as non-returnable products .
- Exchanges or refunds of the jewelry accessories sections are not accepted.
- The party collection garments only have 4 days to make changes in size (following the protocol implemented for any other garment) but returns will not be accepted in any case , especially those made of sequins or similar material. Consult with colleagues for any questions. In the event that the customer sends us one of these accessories for exchange, he will be informed so that he can order the collection of the same, the customer paying the cost of the shipments.
- If a product other than the one requested by the customer is delivered by mistake, it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the customer.
- If the return is made due to defects in the product, the costs will be borne by alliwant.

If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the indicated goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify ALLIWANT (at the address: C/San Vicente, local 1, Campillos-Málaga, to whatsapp 685 496 117, by writing to the email atencioncliente@alliwant.es or our contact form) your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
In case of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be returned, except delivery costs to the shipping address, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the one that we record the material in our dependencies and with all the conditions fulfilled. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
In the latter case, it is you who must return the products directly to us, without delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. .The term will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before the term has expired, otherwise, it will be understood that you accept all the conditions and reject the withdrawal
