SHIPPING

Shipping to the peninsula is free for orders over €50. For smaller orders, shipping costs €6.90 in express service (1-2 days) and €3.90 (3-4 days). Shipping to the Balearic Islands costs €8.90. Shipping to the Canary Islands €15.90. You can consult our Terms and conditions of purchase for more information.

Peninsula: If you choose Standard Shipping, you will receive your order in 3-5 business days . You can also choose Express Shipping to receive it in 24h-48h . Please see our Shipping Terms and Conditions for other locations.

Yes, we will send you an email with a tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse. Here you can track its status at all times.

Whenever one of our products is available for pre-order, you will be able to see the estimated shipping date when placing your order. In any case, we will keep you informed and, if you need more information, you can write to us at atencioncliente@alliwant.es :)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Of course! You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to make any return. Returns are made through a refund or, if you prefer, a gift card. For more information see our returns policy .

As you can read in our policy, only the garments from the Fiesta session (available only during Christmas time) and some specific ones, clearly detailed, are the ones that have special conditions for return. (example, capes, party bags and sequin products)

We cannot make changes. If you need another size, color or product, you can make a new purchase and return what you received.

The period for any return is 14 calendar days from the day you receive the order until the day the return is delivered to us at the office.

You will receive the refund within approximately 7-14 business days from the date we receive the package back in
our warehouse. We will inform you that we have made the refund by means of a confirmation email.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

You can pay for your order by credit or debit card, PayPal, Bizum, Amazon Pay, Klarna or bank transfer.

You will receive the refund in the same payment method that you chose when placing your order.

The refund notification email indicates that your refund has been processed, but you may not yet see the money reflected in your payment method. Remember that it may take up to 20 business days depending on your bank.

PRODUCTS

The sizing varies depending on our models but in most cases our clients wear their usual size.

Our recommendation is that you choose based on the size you usually wear. In any case, on each sheet you will find the measurements of the garment so that you can get an idea of ​​how it will look.

We recommend using a laundry bag and washing the clothes inside out. Use fabric softener so that the clothes are well "hydrated." Keep in mind that clothes with reddish tones should be washed alone because they may fade. Avoid putting your clothes in the dryer.
